Classes, Appointments and Payments

1. All group classes must be paid for at class commencement unless a class pass as been purchased in which case that class pass should be presented and duly stamped.
2. Class passes are valid for six months from the purchase date indicated on them and are not refundable. 
3. Class passes can be purchased for a third person and start dates can then be negotiated with myself.
4. Class attendance should be pre booked through the KiWorks website and rescheduling or cancellation is available up to one hour before the class.
5. Those clients who have not pre booked their class attendance may be turned away if the class is full with pre booked clients.
6. Bodywork sessions, one to one private classes and workshops must be pre booked and paid for through the KiWorks website.
7. Bodywork sessions, one to one private classes and workshops can be booked, paid for and rescheduled up to 24 hours before the appointment or session. 
8. Failure to attend an appointment or session without rescheduling before 24 hours prior to the appointment or session will result in full payment being charged for that appointment or session.
9. Online purchases of appointments or session are none refundable but can be rescheduled via the KiWorks website or with notification and agreement with myself can be transferred to a third person. 

This is the general terms and conditions which all clients should be aware of and agree to before any Yoga, Qigong, Breathwork, meditation, ZenThai Shiatsu or Reiki session or treatments take place. 

1) All clients must be 18 years or older and be of reasonably sound mind in order to make informed decisions for themselves.

2) All sessions and treatments are provided for stress reduction, relaxation and over all holistic wellness and to relieve muscular tension and improve general circulation and energy balance and flow.

3) You must inform me of any known medical conditions or injuries that may be effected by your session or treatment.

You must inform me before the session of any other current medical conditions or symptoms that you are suffering so that we can take the most appropriate measures to protect both you and I.

4) If at any point during your session or treatment you feel discomfort or pain you must immediately inform me so that I can stop the session or treatment and adjust as necessary to continue or to stop completely.

5) You should be aware that during the session or treatment I will give hands on adjustments and treatments which may also include body to body contact. These adjustments and treatments are purely therapeutic and completely non-sexual in nature.

Should you feel uncomfortable or distressed at any stage you should inform me and I will stop immediately.

6) Any therapies offered are not offered as replacements for any allopathic treatments prescribed or suggested to you by a registered healthcare professional and should therefore be used as complimentary to such treatments. You advised to contact your healthcare provider to discuss any medical concerns you may have before starting any therapies with KiWorks.

7) All therapies offered by KiWorks are done so in a comfortabl, relaxed environment. Although the client remains fully clothed at all times it is suggested that you wear loose fitting, comfortable clothing suitable for light stretching and exercising. 

8) For your comfort it is also suggested that you refrain from eating for at least one hour before your class or session begins. 

At KiWorks I take your privacy very seriously and I will only use your personal information to administer your account and to ensure you receive the best quality of products and services that you have requested from me and to inform you of any new products and services that I will be offering in the future.

Your personal data is kept in electronic form only on a cloud based server and is protected by double password protection . Your personal data will continue to be kept securely for a period of 7 years after you receive your last goods or services from me. After which time your all personal data will be securely securely deleted. 

I will only share your personal information with those organisations that legally have the right to request that information, such as my personal accountant (for the purposes of accounts preparation), HMRC, Police and Security Services.

None of the above restricts your individual rights to:

1) Be informed of any changes to the above.

2) Right to access your personal data kept by  KiWorks or myself.

3) Recertification of your personal data.

4) Ensure your personal data and the manor in which it is kept as per the above.

5) Lawfully restrict access to your personal data by third parties.

6) Request the portability of your data to a third party as specified by you.

7) Right to object to and decline the personal data requested by KiWorks or myself.

8) Not to be subjected to automatic decision making including profiling.
