During the  hour long session the client lays fully clothed on a soft futon on the floor and relaxes whilst I gently stretch and twist the body to unwind and release any tensions and restrictions.

During a session you remain fully clothed and lay on a soft mat. By using gentle placement of their hands around and on body the practitioner helps activate and smooth the flow of this energy.

The sessions leave you feeling deeply relaxed, calm and grounded but yet revitalised and ready to step back into the world.

.As soon as I met Gwyn Williams (www.zenthaishiatsu.com) I knew he was not only a powerfully gifted healer but also a deeply authentic and caring soul and someone I instantly felt a connection with.

Gwyn created and founded Zenthai Shiatsu by the integration of a number of Eastern and Middle Eastern healing traditions, namely the Five Elements of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Zen Shiatsu, Traditional Thai Massage, Yoga and QiGong as well as the modern techniques and knowledge of osteopathy.

The aim of this healing art is simply to ’bring freedom and openness back to the structural and energetic bodies’.
