Zenthai Shiatsu is a unique form of bodywork created by Gwyn Williams, an Australian therapist who brought together traditional Shiatsu and Thai massage with elements of modern myofascial release and osteopathy. The result is a gentle, flowing therapy that combines rhythmic movement, mindful touch, and attention to the body’s natural energy flow.
This deeply nurturing practice can help ease stress, support those experiencing chronic pain or fatigue, release muscle tension and stiffness, and improve overall flexibility and mobility.
During your session, you’ll lie comfortably on a soft futon on the floor and remain fully clothed in loose, comfortable clothing. Through slow, rhythmic stretches and supportive movements I help your body release tension and restore balance—leaving you feeling deeply relaxed, open, and re-energised.
